On April 15th a bunch of conservatives rallied all across America to oppose Obama's 3% tax raise for those of the upper middle class, i.e. those who most definitely can afford it. These conservatives want to basically abolish all forms of taxation because they feel they have no representation, a la the original Boston Tea Party. Nostalgic much? Hopefully we can bring back slavery as well. But this idea of abolishing taxes in its entirety is, for lack of a better word, bullshit. But conservatives you are right your tax dollars go nowhere, oh wait...except it goes towards roadways, schools, oh and the military. You know that institution that you guys love so much, the people who keep us safe from harm. But never mind that, down with taxes! But I would just like to raise one more question, when Bush put your tax dollars towards two huge failures, Operation Iraqi Freedom and No Child Left Behind, why then were not up in arms? Lets be honest conservatives, this isn't about taxes, this is about a liberal Black man in office.
