To hear good new music is beyond refreshing, it's orgasmic. A friend of mine recently turned me on to the rapper Nyles. Nyles is a Philly born underground rapper. He currently attends NYU and promised upon his acceptance that he would produce an album for every year of college, so far he has lived up to his word. This young man has more potential in his left toe nail than most rappers have in their whole family. He is scary good and I hope for the public's sake that he blows up because he needs to be heard.
"Now I ain't stressin' this recession/And if it leads to a depression/It won't be in my mind I'll be fine as long as I'm/Surviving off of beats and rhymin/Then I don't mind surviving off of eating no Ramen..."
Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

Work Ethic.
Change.
Song.
So, so you think you can tell Heaven from Hell,
blue skies from pain.
Can you tell a green field from a cold steel rail?
A smile from a veil?
Do you think you can tell?
And did they get you to trade your heroes for ghosts?
Hot ashes for trees?
Hot air for a cool breeze?
Cold comfort for change?
And did you exchange a walk on part in the war for a lead role in a cage?
How I wish, how I wish you were here.
We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl, year after year,
Running over the same old ground.
What have you found? The same old fears.
Wish you were here.
haha "a friend" thats all i get... pssshhh
